Hamburger Stroganoff

Hamburger Stroganoff

1 lb ground beef
1 med onion (1/2 C)
1/4 C butter
2 T flour
1 t salt
1 t garlic salt
1/4 t pepper
1 can cream chicken soup
1 C sour cream
2 C cooked noodles

Brown beef & onion in butter. Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soup, stir uncovered for 10 minutes, add sour cream and heat through.
